Shipping Costs & Regions
Nova Rano offers free shipping within the United Kingdom and the United States only. No additional shipping fees will be added during checkout.
Order Processing
After an order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before the daily cut-off time of 4:00 PM New York Time will be processed on the same business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated transit times are generally 4–6 business days, from Monday to Friday. Including order processing, the total estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–9 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
Dispatch & Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing the tracking number and instructions for monitoring the shipment.
Order Cancellations
