Shipping policy

Nova Rano provides a straightforward and customer-friendly shipping process. We aim to keep every order transparent and reliable, with complimentary shipping included.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No extra shipping fees will be added during checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before the daily cut-off time 4:00 PM Eastern Time (New York time) will be processed in the same business day. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. 

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • Standard delivery: 4–6 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery estimates

The total estimated delivery time, including processing, is 5–9 business days.
